Q: How long will the job take?

A: This depends on the amount of carpet that is being cleaned and the level of soiling. Feel free to request a time estimate when you contact us for a free quote!


Q: How long will it take my carpets to dry?

A: Generally speaking you carpets should dry within 8-10 hours after we leave.


Q: How can I make my Carpets dry faster?

A: Air circulation will drastically decrease the dry time of your carpets. If it is not humid outside, opening windows to promote airflow is very helpful. If it is humid outside, you can rely on indoor ceiling and floor fans. Either way, a good tip is to turn on your furnace fan if it is not already.


Q: Can I walk on the carpets when they are still wet?

A: Even though it is best to avoid walking on them before they are dry, it is safe to do so if need be.


Q: Can you remove pet stains and odors?

A: Yes! There have been very few stains and odors we have not been able to remove, as long as they have not been previously treated with high pH chemical stain fighters. Even previously treated stains can sometimes be improved, if not fully removed.


Q: Do I have to move my furniture?

A: No! We are happy to move your heavier furniture (i.e. couches, chairs, tables). We do ask that you remove all small, fragile, and valuable items from the work area to avoid damage and allow us to work more efficiently.


Q: Do I have to vacuum?

A: Yes, it is preferred that your carpets be free of debris prior to the appointment date. If you are unable to do so, please let us know in advance so we can allow extra time and plan our schedules accordingly.


Q: Do I need to be home?

A: As long as you are comfortable with us cleaning while you are away, we are comfortable doing so! We only ask that the bill is taken care of before we leave.


Q: What do you clean?

A: Carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, mattresses as well as carpets/most fabrics in boats, campers, RVs and cars/trucks.


Q: Where do you service?

A: We travel within a 40 mile radius around the Twin Cities, 40 mile radius around Eau Claire, WI and the area along I-94 between these two regions. If you are unsure whether we service your area, feel free to give us a call!


Q: How many years of experience do you have?

A: Our company is young, but as a technician I have almost 4 years of experience in the industry. With this background there are very few carpet issues I haven’t seen and even fewer that I haven’t been able to resolve.


Q: How do you do your pricing?

A: We are proud to be a company that uses an Unlimited Square Footage pricing system. Instead of charging you for every foot, we charge by room!
